For exchanges or returns, that have been approved and return authorization provided, please repack the item(s), include the packing slip and ship prepaid.

Standard 15-Business Day Return Policy Applies to All Unused Purchases from the Date of Delivery.
If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us at 1-877-567-9177 or email us at within 15 days of the delivery date. Please do not return products without a return authorization, as they cannot be accepted. 
If it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with your order, we will issue a returned goods authorization number and accept your return and repay your freight costs.
All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping cartons for inspection.
Items sold during Special Sales Promotions, as well as Special holiday and time-sensitive products or kits are not eligible for return unless the product is defective, delivery was late, or incorrect items shipped.
A 5% re-stocking fee of the total order, return freight charges, and a 3% credit card fee may apply and be charged to your order.
Brandit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delayed deliveries, or packages sent to the wrong or old shipping address. However, Brandit will assist with filing claims with the carrier as needed. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands the carrier. Replacement packages are subject to a shipping fee.
Brandit typically uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–5 business days for shipment. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 
Brandit works to ship ‘in-stock’ items within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. 
For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 5 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
Please note that any FedEx deliveries to a residential address does not require a signature. Brandit is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.

Special Return Policies for Select Damaged Products Below:

  • Air Dancers & LED Tubes - The warranty on the dancers is 90 days for sewing only. If there is a rip on the seam, it is covered. If it is in the fabric, it is not covered. 
  • Blowers - All Air Dancer Blowers that need to be returned or exchanged are required to have pictures taken of the damaged area(s) and serial number. All images must be submitted using the Return Authorization form located at the top of this page. The Air Dancer Blower warranty is for 6 months at the time of purchase. If the serial number shows that the Air Dancer Blower was purchased beyond the 6 month period, then the warranty term is expired and we will not be able to replace or repair the Air Dancer Blower. If your purchase was made on an Air Dancer Blower within a period of 3 or fewer months from the current date then the cost of freight will be covered by Brandit.
  • Tent Tops, Tent Frames, Tablecloths:  No warranty for damage due to normal use. If the product is damaged on arrival then a full coverage warranty applies. If any defects are present that are due to the manufacture then the part(s) will be replaced. Please send us a complete statement including order number and detailed picture of what may be the problem for us to review.
  • Outdoor Advertising Flags/Banners: No warranty for damage due to normal use. Damage outside of normal use is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a complete statement including order number and detailed picture of what may be the problem for us to review.
  • Balloon Bobbers Clusters: Six-month Return Policy.
  • Backpack Banner System: 8 Month on hardware 30 days flag damage.
  • Apparel:
    • No returns on apparel which has been worn or cannot be returned to its original state.
    • Normal wear and tear are not covered under the Brandit Return policy.
    • No return will be granted on apparel with deodorant, perfume & cigarette smell.

If you change your mind after we embroider or screen print your order(s) - we are sorry, but we won't be able to give you a refund.

We cannot exchange or refund any items with your personal logo.

Your art approval is your agreement that you approve your order. If the mistake was due to the fault of Brandit, we will cover the cost. In this scenario, we will either give you a full refund or redo what we did wrong.

Digitizing costs cannot be refunded once the digitizing process has begun.

Brandit reserves the right to inspect all return and exchange for approval.

Since our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a product defect or misprint. In such cases, a refund or replacement of the product would be authorized upon return of the defective product.

Brandit does not accept worn items as returns.


Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity or exact shade of material. Minor differences may also occur in fabric weight, fabric finish, size and construction of the finished product. We assume no liability for delays in or failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies or product.

Brandit reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for a product that was damaged as the result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature.
